3、析121陈志勇黄波潘景龙(1.哈尔滨工业大学土木工程学院,哈尔滨150090;2杭州绿城海企房地产开发有限公司,杭州310008)摘要:根据以往在建房屋工程质量事故调查、既有建筑可靠度鉴定和抗震鉴定的实际工程经验,总结了房屋的常见损伤现象,并对损伤原因进行了详细的分析。常见的房屋损伤现象有:墙体和构件的斜裂缝、竖向裂缝和网状裂缝,建筑整体倾斜,承台桩剪断,构件屈曲,焊缝断裂,房屋坍塌,钢筋锈蚀,混凝土保护层脱离,钢材锈蚀,木材腐朽,钢和混凝土构件酸碱腐蚀等。导致房屋损伤的直接原因主要是:1)地基基础的沉降和不均匀沉降;2)温度作用;3)荷载作用;4)建筑材料和外
