2、dependenceandpowerimbalancebetweenlatecomers,leadingfirmsintermsofexternaltechnologyandcustomers,andthusadecision-makingscenariotobettercharacterizetechnologyacquisitionbehaviorpreferenceoflatecomer’smanagersundertheexternal“ResourceDual-dependence”powerstru
3、cturewasdesignedanddeveloped;Second,testedtechnologyacquisitionbehaviorpreferenceoflatecomer’smanagersundertheexternal“ResourceDual-dependence”powerstructureandobtainedcorrespondingexperimentaldatathroughthequasi-experimentalofpolicycapturing;Finally,usingth
4、estatisticalmethodofSUR,thispaperanalyzedtheobtainedexperimentaldata,testedthestudyhypothesis,andfurtherexploredtheimplicationsofthestudy.Studyconclusionsshow:(1)inthestructureof“ResourceDual-dependence”,thelatecomer’smanagersdisplaythemainbehavioralpreferen
5、ceoftechnologypurchasing;(2)whenthecustomerdemandisrelativelystrong,thelatecomerwouldprefertechnologypurchasingtotechnologicalimitationafterweighingtheprosandcons;(3)whenthelatecomer’sR&Dcapabilityisstrong,thelatecomerwouldprefertechnologicalimitationtotechn
6、ologypurchasing;(4)intrinsiclinkexistamongtheenterprisetechnologyacquisitionbehavior,enterpriselearningandabsorptiveability,accordingtowhicha"pointer"modelof“environment-technologyacquisition-enterpriselearningability–absorptiveability”wasbuilt.Theviewof“Res
