2、irstly-gotandaccuracyisveryimportant.Socialcapitalwasoriginallyaconceptinsociology,whicheffectivelyexplainsmanybehaviorandperformanceofenterprisessincebeingintroducedintomanagement,economicsandotherfields.Manyscholarsbelievethatsocialcapitalcaneffectivelyreduceinformationasym
3、metryandfacilitatethetransmissionofinformation.Therefore,basedonourcurrentbusinesssituationandbackground,theresearchaboutcorporatesocialcapitalisofgreatpracticalsignificance.Inpractice,mostscholarsfocusedonmeasuringcorporatesocialcapitalfromentrepreneurs,ignoringtherelationsh
4、ipownedbytheorganizationwhichisacorporateentity.Themeasurementofcorporatesocialcapitalisnotcomprehensiveandcomplete.Enterpriseisalivingbody,alsoexperiencingthebirthtodeath,fromprosperitytodecline.Asakindofenterprise’sresources,thesocialcapital’simpactsonbusinessesvarywiththes
5、tageoftheenterprise.Butcurrentlytherelevantstudiesareveryfew.Therefore,takingtheorganizationalsocialcapitalasonepartofcorporatesocialcapitaltomeasureandstudyingtheimpactsofcorporatesocialcapitaloncorporateperformanceinthedifferentlifecyclestages.areofaprofoundtheoreticalandpr
6、acticalsignificance.Basedonthedifferentactorsoftheenterprise,thispaperwilldeconstructthecorporatesocialcapitalintoentrepreneurialsocialcapitalandorganizationalsocialcapital.Wewillmeasureentrepreneurialsocialcapitalandorganizationalsocialcapitalaccordingtosocialcapitaltheory,a
7、ndthenstudytherelationshipsbetweencorporatesocialcapitalanditsconstitutionalpartsandenterpriseperformance.Basedonthedatafrom2010to2012ofA-sharelistedcompaniesinShanghaiandShenzhenstockmarkets,throughempiricaltestswehavefound:corporatesocialcapitalhasasignificantlypositiveinfl
