1、北京理工大学硕士学位论文摘要随着经济全球化和科学技术的迅猛发展，企业面临的竞争压力越来越大，企业逐渐采取合作或者联盟的方式来增加自己的竞争优势。其中R&D战略联盟作为一种全新的组织模式，可以为企业提高效率，在全球范围内实现技术与研发资源的优化配置，实现技术创新的战略目标。本文主要对R&D战略联盟的动因、机制及效应进行研究。文章第一部分分析了R&D战略联盟的发展和现状，介绍了相关的理论基础和R&D战略联盟的概念与类型。第二部分首先对R&D战略联盟的动因从内外两方面进行分析，接着给出了R&D战略联盟整体发展框架，对伙伴选择机制，风险评估机制和收益分配机制进行研究。第三部分分析了R&D战略联盟的协
