1、中国发展民间融资的利弊分析摘要：随着我国经济的蓬勃发展，我国的民营经济得到了很大的发展，中小企业的融资需求也不断加强，民间融资应运而生。民间融资一方面具有具有引导效应和约束力，能适应各种融资需求的灵活性，有助于节约交易成本，有助于克服信息不对称难题；另一方面民间融资影响着国家的宏观调控，可能导致投机，还会干扰金融市场的秩序，不利于监管，缺乏法律法规的保障、不利于社会的和谐与稳定。本次论文是对中国发展民间融资的利弊进行研究。本次论文首先对民间融资及其管制进行了概述；其次介绍了中国民间融资的发展历程，并分析了中国民间融资的现状；再次通
2、过与正规金融机构融资进行比较，得出了民间融资的有利方面和不利方面，并通过一系列方法解决不利方面产生的问题。本次论文的研究将有利于解决民间融资难问题；有利于社会稳定和保证充分就业。在推动我国经济的发展，加快社会主义和谐社会构建方面也具有重要意义。关键词：民间融资，发展，利弊AnalysisoftheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofChinadevelopingfolkfinancingAbstract:Alongwithourcountryeconomyvigorousdevelopment,thedevel
