1、初中英语小组合作学习教学案例及反思一、案例背景随着新一轮课改的不断深入,新课标提倡的合作学习已被广泛应用于课堂教学。然而,在合作学习、探究学习的过程中,部分学生参与意识不强、不积极主动发问发言。合作学习在具体的实施过程中出现了“流于形式,华而不实”,甚至会失控的现象。“表热实冷,合作淡然”,“能者独尊,弱者失趣”等等不良现象的存在严重的影响了合作学习这一教学方式的有效性,也引发了许多教师对合作学习这一教学方式的怀疑。在这一背景下,我以一则教学案例来谈谈我是如何开展小组合作学习的,教学内容是仁爱版教材八年级下册Unit5Topic3Section
2、C1A和SectionD1的有机整合。二、案例的观察描述课前按6人一小组,把学生分为十二组,分别为A1、A2、A3、B1、B2、B3、C1、C2、C3、D1、D2、D3,各组成员前后座,每组选一位组长,组长居中就座,为了充分调动学生参与的积极性和主动性,我引入了小组竞争机制,把各个组名依次写在黑板上,根据各组表现,获得不同的五角星,获五角星最多的三个小组为优胜小组,当堂颁发“优胜小组”奖状。课中Step1.Warming-up我依次展示了暴风雨的图片、阳光明媚的图片;暖色图片一组、冷色图片一组;地震图片、节日庆祝图片、生病图片;美丽的大自然的图
3、片、嘈杂城市的图片、拥堵的街道的图片;不及格试卷的图片,获奖时自豪的图片、熬夜也写loanmanagement(post)review:1,approvalcriteriahavebeenimplemented;2,thecontractiscorrect;3,inlinewiththecontract,payment;4,noothermajorcasesagainstloansecurity;、Reviewedby:dateofrecordform9:qilubankborrowingbysingleyearsofmaximumamount
