1、不定期船代理协议AGENCYAGREEMENT(TRAMPVESSELS)Itisthisdaymutuallyagreedoninbetween(hereinafterreferredtoasPRINCIPALS)and(hereinafterreferredtoasAGENTS)thatⅠ.Principle:1.PRINCIPALSagreetoentrustAGENTStoactasagentsfortheirsowned/chartered/operatedvesselscallingatChineseport

2、s.2.AgentsaccepttheappointmentandwillendeavourtoprotectandpromotePRINCIPALS’interest.AGENTSwillalsoeffectivelyexecutethisAgreementandberesponsiblefortheirworkaccordingtoAGENTS’“Rules&Regulations”asattached.Ⅱ.AGENTS’ServicesandResponsibilities:1.AGENTSwilltakenece

3、ssarystepstohandlethevesselwithmaximumdispatchtoshortentimeofvessel’sstayinport,andtomakearrangementsforentrance,clearance,berthing,loading/dischargingandotherinstructionsofPRINCIPALS’,Suchassupplyingbunkers,water,provisions&stores,andarrangingship’srepairsandall

4、crewmattersetc.2.AGENTStoissueBillsofladingonbehalfofShip/master,asauthorizedbyPRINCIPALS,intheformprescribedbytheOwnersandwillsolicitandsecurecargoesforthesaidvesselsonacommissionofpercentofthetotalfreight.3.AGENTSwilladvisePRINCIPALSofallavailableinformationonp

5、ortconditionsandvesselsmovementandtrytominimizetheexpensesincurredineverypossibleway.AGENTSwillalsoundertaketofulfillalldutiesandobligationsinsuchawaythatallrightsandinterestsofPRINCIPALS’areobservedandprotected.Incaseofneed,AGENTSwillnegotiateandconcludeQuickDes

6、patchAgreement(QDA)withthePortAuthorityonbehalfonPRINCIPALS.4.AGENTSwill,uponinstructionsfromPRINCIPALS,exercisediligencetocollectall“freightcollect”oninwardcargoand“prepaidfreight”onoutwardcargoattheportagainstdeliveryaccordingtotheFreightManifestdespatchedtoAGE

7、NTSduly.Intheeventthatsuchcollectionscannotbeeffectedinthenormalcourse,AGENTSwillreportsamepromptlytoPRINCIPALSandthereafterassistandcooperatewithPRINCIPALSinsuchfurtherstepsasmaybetakenbyPRINCIPALS.5.Incaseofoccurrenceofanyclaims,AGENTSwillinvestigateasrequested

8、byPRINCIPALSandreferthemattertolocalrepresentativesoftheP&IClubortoPRINCIPALSforinstructionsbeforesubmissiontothearbitration.6.AGENTSwillarrangedeliveryandrede
