2、entedbytheWorldHealthOrganization(WHO),tomonitor,atthegloballevel,thedeliveryofsanitationanddrinking-waterservices.Specifically,theassessmentaddressesthenatureandimpactofgovernmentpoliciesandinstitutions;theinvestmentsintermsoffinancialandhumanresources;thevolumean

3、dcontributionofforeignassistance;andtherelativeinfluenceofallthesefactorsonperformance.Inbrief,itassessesthestateoftheenablingenvironmentforsanitationanddrinking-waterextensionatthegloballevel.TheGLAASreportisintendedtoinformseniortechnicalandadministrativestaffind

4、evelopingcountrygovernmentsanddonororganizationswhoareinapositiontoadvisetheirministersandmostseniordecision-makers.Itisausefulresourceforstakeholdersinvolvedinsanitationanddrinking-waterprojectsandprogrammes.ThefirstGLAASreportwaspublishedon21April2010anditisfores

5、eenthatupdatesofthereportwillbepublishedbiennially.SURVEYQUESTIONNAIREThisquestionnairehasbeentransmittedtoyourMinistrydirectlyfromWHOorfromanotherMinistrywithinyourgovernment,tosolicitinformationonthedeliveryofdrinking-watersupplyand/orsanitationservicesand/orthes
