4、ndtrainingeffortdesignedtoincreasethecapacityofcommunityrehabilitationproviders(CRPs)thatprovideservicesforpeoplewithdisabilities.ThedesiredoutcomeoftheT-TAPeffortwastoworkwithprovidersto:(1)Evolvetheirprogramstoprovideintegratedemploymentoutcomesinnon-stereotypicaljobsbase
5、doncustomizedemploymentstrategiesandindividualchoice.(2)Increasewagesofpeoplewithdisabilitieswhoarecurrentlyworkingatlessthanthefederalminimumwage.WhenT-TAPwasfundedinthefallof2002,customizedemploymentwasanewinitiativesupportedbytheOfficeofDisabilityEmploymentPolicy(ODEP).T
