1、提要目的：观察解郁化痰汤治疗2型糖尿病合并抑郁症痰气互结证的临床研究。方法：将符合纳入标准的2型糖尿病合并抑郁症的患者60例，采用随机分组的方法分成两组，治疗组30例，对照组30例。两组患者均接受糖尿病教育、饮食控制、适当运动、盐酸二甲双胍肠溶片，在此基础治疗上，对照组加服参芪降糖颗粒，治疗组加服解郁化痰汤，观察周期为2个月。结果：经临床观察，治疗组中医疗效总有效率为86.7%，对照组中医疗效总有效率为66.7%，与对照组比较有差异（P<0.05）；治疗组中医症状积分明显改善，与对照组相比较有差异（P<0.05）；治疗组HAMD量表积分明显改善，与对照组比较有差异（P<0.05）

2、；治疗组空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白明显降低，与对照组比较空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白有差异（P<0.05）；在治疗过程中无明显不良反应。结论：解郁化痰汤在改善2型糖尿病患者临床症状方面优于对照组，并具有降低空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖及糖化血红蛋白的作用。关键词2型糖尿病；抑郁症；解郁化痰汤。ClinicalStudyonJieyuHuatanDecoctiontreatmentforsyndromeofintermingledphlegmandqiofType2DiabetesMellitusCoexistedwithDepressionSpecialty:I
