1、山西财经大学硕士学位论文高职院校会计专业人才培养模式研究姓名：张怡申请学位级别：硕士专业：教育经济与管理指导教师：杨俊青20120301摘要随着经济发展，产业结构也随着发生了改变，地方性中小企业需要大量的会计毕业生从事一线会计工作，而高职高专院校培养的会计人才已经成为中小企业、私营企业需求的主要群体。然而，我国目前高职院校会计专业的毕业生就业率还是非常低，他们无法适应人才市场的需求。本文通过走访面谈和调查分析，结合自己在高职院校实习的经历，认为产生这种现象的原因主要有：1．会计专业人才培养模式的培养目标定位不准确；2．会计教材无法体现职业学校的特点；3．会计教学手段

2、落后；4．课程设置不合理；5．“双师型”教师缺乏等，这些问题的存在直接导致高职院校学生素质偏低，从而导致就业率低。本文通过对会计人才市场的研究，首先确立了高职院校会计专业的培养目标，对现状进行分析并指出现存人才培养模式的问题，其次分析问题产生的原因，在借鉴国外优秀模式的基础上建立了“四环节渐进式”人才培养模式，并研究了具体实施的保障体系。希望通过新的人才培养模式的实施能够提高学生会计职业能力和综合职业素质，实现学校培养和企业需求的“零距离”接轨，为我国人才市场培养出更多高素质应用型人才。【关键词】高职院校会计专业人才培养四环节渐进式AbstractWiththede
