2、合口服中药治疗；对照组34例，采用口服中药治疗。两组均以28天为一个疗程，观察一个疗程后统计疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为：89．5％，对照组为：79．4％；疼痛症状评分改善治疗组为：88．4％，对照组为76．2％，治疗组总体疗效、疼痛疗效方面优于对照组。结论：针药结合治疗慢性前列腺炎／慢性盆腔疼痛综合征总有效率优于单纯口服中药，尤其在疼痛症状的改善方面，包括短期／长期疼痛程度、频率方面相对于对照组有明显改善，对慢性前列腺炎／慢性盆腔疼痛综合征排尿、精神症状改善也由于单纯口服中药组，但对性功能及前列腺液常规指标相较于对照组无明显差异。关键
