1、提要目的：观察电针“调督任”为主治疗中风后抑郁的临床疗效。方法：本研究采用随机对照试验，将70例合格的中风后抑郁障碍患者分为治疗组和对照组各35例。除接受常规治疗外，治疗组予“调督任”为主电针法和西药左洛复治疗，对照组予左洛复治疗。分别记录两组患者于治疗前、治疗后2周的HAMD量表评分，并计算两组的HAMD量表评分的减分率从而判定疗效；所得数据用SPSS16.0软件进行统计学分析。结果：1．两组患者治疗前后HAMD评分比较均有显著性差异（P<0.05），提示经治疗，两组患者抑郁症状均明显改善。2．临床疗效评定：治疗组显效率为37.50%；
