3、rojects,and2.thesortofin-kindcontributionsthatcanbeprovidedtoaproject,andhowtheyshouldbevalued.Whatistheminimumrequiredtotal(cash+in-kind)contribution?PartnercontributionsforaproposalmustatleastmatchthetotalamountsoughtfromtheARC.IfaproposalisseekingfundingforoneormoreAPAIsonly(i.e.stip

4、endfundingonlywithnoothercostsbeingsoughtfromtheARC),thenthecombinedpartnercontributionsmustbeatleast40%oftheamountsoughtfromtheARC—withhalfofthecontributionbeingcashandhalfin-kind.SeeExampleAWhatisthedefinitionofa“cashcontribution”?CashformallycommittedbyapartnerinanARCLinkageProjectgr
