1、陕西中医学院硕士学位论文“嗅三针”对AD大鼠抗氧化体系影响的研究姓名:李书晓申请学位级别:硕士专业:针灸推拿学指导教师:刘智斌201204摘要11111111111111111IIIY2109831目的:通过“嗅三针"针刺法对AD大鼠模型血清中谷胱甘肽(GSH)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)影响的实验研究,从抗氧化体系角度探讨“嗅三针"治疗AD的作用机理,为临床针灸治疗痴呆奠定理论基础。方法:成年SD大鼠30只随机分为3组:I组:空白对照组;II组:AD模型组Ⅲ组:“嗅三针”+AD模型组。每组lO只,用脑
2、立体定位仪定位后,将AB淀粉样肽通过微量进样器注入II、Ⅲ组大鼠侧脑室;同样的方法用微量进样器将等剂量的’生理盐水注入I组大鼠侧脑室,造模后休息四周。AD大鼠模型成功后对IⅡ组进行针刺治疗,每日一次,5日为一个疗程,每疗程后休息2天,共治疗四个疗程。治疗结束前进行水迷宫训练,于末次行为学测试后,将动物麻醉,在腹主动脉用真空促.凝采血管取血,离心后取血清用谷胱甘肽(GSH)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—PX)试剂盒检测。western-blot法观察大鼠血清中GSH、MDA、GSH-PX的变化,把全部数据输入计算
