1、陕西中医学院硕士学位论文“嗅三针”治疗AD的抗氧化机理探讨姓名:刘燕婷申请学位级别:硕士专业:针灸推拿学指导教师:刘智斌201204摘要目的:本研究通过建立大鼠AD模型,采用“嗅三针’’疗法进行针刺治疗,观察AD模型大鼠的行为学能力变化以及GSH、SOD、MDA等指标的变化,从而揭示“嗅三针”对大鼠抗氧化体系的干预效应,对“嗅三针’’治疗AD抗氧化机理进行探讨。方法:成年SD大鼠30只,体重250±209,购自第四军医大学实验动物中心。饲养于陕西中医学院实验动物中心SPF级清洁鼠房。实验动物随机分为三组:①对照组、②AD模型组、③AD模型+嗅三针组,每组10只。成年S
2、D大鼠30只随机分为3组:对照组;AD模型组:AD模型+“嗅三针"治疗组。每组10只,模型组、治疗组均用脑立体定位仪将AB淀粉样肽通过微量进样器注入大鼠侧脑室,对照组同样的方法将等剂量的生理盐水通过微量进样器注入大鼠侧脑室,造模成功后第一天起治疗组进行针刺治疗,1次/日,5日为一个疗程,疗程间休息2天,共进行四个疗程。未行治疗的两组常规饲养至治疗组疗程结束。治疗结束前进行水迷宫训练,于末次行为学测试后,将动物麻醉处死,经腹主动脉采血对血清GSH含量、SOD活力、MDA含量变化进行检测,全部数据输入计算机,用SPSSl6.0统计软件包进行处理。结果:在Morris水迷宫
