2、光光度法测定TCMAI对细菌细胞壁的透性、肽聚糖含量,细胞膜膜蛋白构象以及胞体钾、镁离子渗漏的影响,测定TCMAI对大肠埃希菌细胞外膜和内膜渗透性的影响。结果TCMAI对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC为0。51mg/ml,对大肠埃希菌的MIC为2.04mg/ml;TCMAI可延长金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌的生长迟缓期,并抑制其生长;细菌在3h内在PBS缓冲液和生理盐水中的菌落数无明显变化;可破坏细胞结构完整性和损伤胞膜;明显影响细菌细胞壁的透性,膜蛋白的构象,增加胞体钾、镁离子的渗出量;影响大肠埃希菌细胞内膜、外膜的渗透性;但对细菌细胞壁肽聚糖含量无明显影响。结论TCMAI对大肠埃希菌和
