1、湖南师范大学硕士学位论文株洲市耕地生态系统服务功能价值测算及耕地保护经济补偿研究姓名：黄燕申请学位级别：硕士专业：土地资源管理指导教师：李晓青；谢炳庚201205摘要耕地不仅具有直接价值，为人类提供生产和生活资料，而且具有间接价值，能起到调节气候、涵养水源、维持营养物质循环、保持水土、保障国家粮食安全和维持社会稳定等作用。目前，因耕地利用的比较收益低下，耕地非农化和建设用地粗放利用的速度加快，使我国粮食安全和生态安全面临严重威胁。本文基于耕地生态系统服务功能和耕地利用效益的基础理论，从耕地生态系统服务功能的直接价值

2、和间接价值两方面出发，选取农作物生产、固碳释氧、净化环境、涵养水源、维持营养物质循环、形成新土壤等九项服务功能价值测算因子，利用能值分析方法对2010年株洲市耕地生态系统服务功能的价值进行测算，并尝试基于其中的间接价值，以2010年为基准年测算株洲市耕地保护经济补偿标准。基于2010年株洲市耕地保护经济补偿标准，经各县市区的社会发展阶段系数和单位面积耕地产出修正得到株洲市各县市区耕地保护经济补偿标准，同时经主要耕地利用类型单位面积生态系统服务功能的间接价值修正，得到株洲市主要耕地利用类型的耕地保护经济补偿标准。基于

3、较为全面的基准年株洲市耕地保护经济补偿标准，经各年份社会发展阶段系数和单位面积耕地产出修正，得到各年份株洲市耕地保护经济补偿标准。经测算，2010年株洲市耕地生态系统服务功能的价值为1．12×1010元，其中直接价值为7．38×109元，间接价值为3．87×109元。2010年株洲市耕地保护经济补偿的现实标准为1．31万元／公顷。本研究的开展，从定量测算耕地生态系统服务功能价值的角度出发，基于间接价值的测算结果，测算耕地保护经济补偿标准，期望为株洲市制定耕地保护补偿标准提供依据，为我国制定耕地保护经济补偿标准提供思
