1、青岛大学硕士学位论文晕可平颗粒对肝旺痰阻型SHR血压、血脂及AngⅡ的作用研究姓名:汪秀东申请学位级别:硕士专业:中西医结合临床指导教师:谷万里20120602摘要目的:建立肝旺痰阻型自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)模型,并观察晕可平颗粒对肝旺痰阻型自发性高血压大鼠血压、血脂、血管紧张素II的影响,探讨其作用机制。方法:40只SHR,随机分为晕可平颗粒低剂量组、高剂量组、卡托普利组及生理盐水组5组,以长期激怒联合高脂饮食法建立肝旺痰阻模型,通过观察大鼠性情动态的变化及体重、血压及血脂和血管紧张素II的变化,确定已建立肝旺痰阻型SH
