1、宁夏大学硕士学位论文招商银行银川分行中小企业业务营销策略研究姓名:邓瑞申请学位级别:硕士专业:工商管理硕士指导教师:赵智宏201204摘要近年来,随着国家“西部大开发”政策的逐步实施,宁夏地区经济快速发展,正在迎来历史发展的最佳机遇。宁夏正处在“工业化、城镇化”双加速的发展时期,战略性新型产业的兴起,“黄河金岸”建设,城乡统筹发展、基础设施、产业升级、社会建设等方面的投资需求巨大,民间融资、社会投资将进一步扩大。本文通过运用市场营销及管理的相关理论、知识以及理念,结合招商银行银川分行的现状、业务发展的优势、劣势、面临的机会与威胁进行了
2、分析。提出了招商银行银川分行中小企业业务的营销策略,从而达到帮助其在当地的中小企业市场竞争中抢占先机、抢夺份额,大力推广中小企业业务产品,提高产品交叉销售力度,拓展客户,增加客户忠诚度与贡献度,从而增强竞争力。本文的分析结合了笔者工作中遇到的大量实际情况,营销策略制定详细可行,策略实施的组织保障具体实用。将所学理论知识真正应用于实践工作的指导思想与写作思路,使得本文研究成果对招商银行银川分行中小企业营销工作具有较强的现实指导意义。关键词:招商银行,中小企业,银行业务,营销策略AbstractInrecentyears,alongwit
