5、usedthetraditionalcapillarymethodofviscositymeasurement.Ifoundthatthecapillarymethodwasmoreaccurateasitproducedavalueclosertotheknownvalue.However,thismethodwasmoreexperimentallydemandingandrequiredspecialisedinstruments.Ontheotherhandthefirstmethodhadaverysimpleexperimentalsetupbut

6、therewasabiggerdifferencebetweenthecalculatedviscosityandtheknownvalues.UnderlyingPhysicsViscositySomefluidsflowmoreeasilythanothers,i.e.waterflowsmoreeasilythanhoney.Ingeneraltheflowofafluidinvolvesdifferentpartsofthefluidmovingatdifferentvelocities,usuallyinlayers.Theviscositydepe
