5、考StatusoffundmanagementandCountermeasuresforGroupofenterprises摘要：资金状况代表着企业资源的配置状况、资源的数量和质量，是对各方面经济活动的财务反映，资金在企业经营过程中循环的好坏将直接影响到企业的效益，更影响到企业的生存与发展。在我国改革开放的数年里，资金管理一直受到企业的重视，特别是有一定经济实力的企业集团，资金管理中还存在十分突出的问题，譬如监控不力，缺乏严格监督；资金管理散乱，使用效率低下；忽视资金整体管理，影响集团整体实力等。因此在企业集团
