1、提要目的：分析和总结糖尿病肾病发生的易感因素，为进一步制定相关的预防措施和治疗方案提供依据，以期阻止或延缓糖尿病肾病的的发展。方法：从山东中医药大学附属医院、山东中西医结合医院、山东省立医院三家医院搜集207例糖尿病和早期糖尿病肾病患者的病例资料，收集患者的年龄、性别、身高、体重、腰围、血压、血脂、血糖、吸烟、饮酒、饮食和体质等临床资料及相关病史资料，根据患者24h尿蛋白定量或晨尿微量白蛋白定量将患者分为微量蛋白尿组和正常蛋白尿组，对各组资料进行相关性分析，采用logistic回归分析糖尿病肾病发生的易感
2、因素。结果：经过分析发现年龄、糖尿病病程、收缩压、舒张压、总胆固醇、高血压病史、空腹血糖、糖尿病家族史、糖尿病眼病、吸烟史与糖尿病肾病的发生有显著相关性，有临床意义；经logistic回归分析发现性别、糖尿病病程、收缩压、空腹血糖、糖尿病家族史、糖尿病眼病和吸烟史是糖尿病肾病发病的易感因素。结论：糖尿病肾病的发生是多种因素共同作用的结果，糖尿病病程、收缩压、空腹血糖、糖尿病家族史、糖尿病眼病和吸烟史是糖尿病肾病发生的易感因素，性别、体质和饮食等因素对糖尿病肾病发病的影响有待进一步研究。关键词糖尿病；糖尿病
