1、提要目的：观察疏肝消瘿合剂治疗甲亢合并肝损害，证属心肝火旺、肝气郁结的临床疗效。方法：在基础治疗甲亢的基础上，将临床诊断为证属心肝火旺、肝气郁结的患者随机分为两组，每组30例，对照组给予西药保肝治疗；治疗组给予疏肝消瘿合剂，佐以西药保肝治疗，两组均以4周为1个疗程，共3个疗程。结果：经临床观察，治疗组在改善本病的临床症状和体征方面优于对照组（P＜0.05）；在改善甲状腺激素水平及免疫指标方面均优于对照组（P＜0.05）；在改善肝功能方面优于对照组（P＜0.05）；并且在治疗过程中未发生不良反应。结论：临床观察表明疏肝消瘿合剂治疗甲亢合并肝损害的疗效可靠，无明显不良反应
