1、陕西中医学院硕士学位论文太白洋参药材的质量标准研究姓名：刘贵洲申请学位级别：硕士专业：中药学指导教师：雷国莲201204摘要I[1llfrllIIIlllrrlIIrlI；Y2115327太白洋参为玄参科($crophularJaceae)马先蒿属(Pedicularis)植物美观马先蒿PedicularisdecoraFranch．的干燥根。在陕西民间有广泛的药用基础，资源丰富，具有滋阴补肾，补中益气，健脾和胃，消肿止痛，促智防呆功效。主治：体虚头晕，骨蒸潮热，周身痛疼，不思饮食等症。近年来临床应用治疗老年痴呆症，疗效显著。本课题对太白洋参药材

2、的质量标准进行了研究，制定了太白洋参药材的质量评价方法。首先进行了显微鉴定研究，确立了太白洋参的生药学鉴定依据。随后采用薄层法，紫外谱线法，高效液相色谱法，对太白洋参成分进行了定性和定量测定。结果采用高效液相法选用太白洋参中的桃叶珊瑚苷做定量指标进行含量测定，并确定桃叶珊瑚苷含量不低于2．50％。此外，对药典规定其他检查项下的内容进行了测定。通过本实验的研究规范了太白洋参药材的质量标准，加强了太白洋参药材的质量控制。关键词：太白洋参生药鉴定含量测定高效液相色谱法质量标准BaiGinsengherbsQuaIityStandardsAbstract
