2、tsI.Neuronicapoptosis:Therearefewapoptosiscellsinshamoperationgroupsincodexandcorpusstriatum.Comparedwithshamgroup,apoptosiscellsincreasedsignificantly(P<0.01)inischemic—reperfusiongroupsat6-hourpoint,andthemostat2-daypoint.Thecellslocatedmoreincorpusstriatumthancortex(P<0.05).Theapoptosiscellscoul

3、dbefoundatvascularendotheliumcellsofbraintissueandvenationclusterepitheliumcellsofside·ventricleexceptforneurons.Therearelotsofapoptosiscellsandapoptosisbodysbetweenfulldeathareasandnormalareasaroudofischemiazonesat4-daypointandtherewasnoTUNELstaininfulldeathareas.Therewasnosignificantlydifferenceb

4、etween2-dayand4-daygroupsafterreperfution(P>0.05).EGbcouldn’tpreventtheapoptosisandthenumberofapoptosiscellsincreasedsignificantlythanshamgroup(P<0,01).ButEGbinhibitedsignificantlythecellapoptosisafterbrainI/R(p<0.01).2.ThepositiveespressionsofCD54andNOS:Immunohistochemistryresultsshowedthattheposi

5、tiveespressionsofCD54andNOSinmicrovascularendothelialcellswereobservedincortexandcorpusstriatumofallgroups.Butintheshamoperationgroupstherewereonlyafewones.Ascomparedwithshamgroup,theexpressiongradesofischemic·reperfusiongroupsandEgbgivengroupswerebothsignificantlyincreased(p<0.01respectively),espe
