3、mustbetakenintoapplication.Designingarationalprocess,makingfulladvantageofresource,loweringthecost,andputtingenergyconservationandefficiencyimprovementintopracticearethedevelopinggoalsforautomobilemanufacturers.YanfengVisteonisoneofmainsuppliersofgeneralmotors,whichhas
4、achievedproductioncontrolledwithinformation.However,becauseofthegapsbetweencapacityimprovementandcustoms’demand,whiletheoldmodeofphysicaldistributioncannotbesatisfiedwiththenewproductionrequests,Yanfengisfacedwiththeunprecedentedopportunitiesandchallenges.Thispapereval
5、uatestheproductionconditionoffactoryusingvaluestreamanalysismethodaswellascombiningwithactualproductionofYanfeng.Thispaperwilldefinethecockpitasthebottleneckoftheoriginalproductionlineandonthebasisofwhichputforwardeffectivesuggestionsofimprovementintermsofclassificatio
6、noforiginalcockpitproductionline,productionplan,logisticsorganizationalformandmicrostructuredesign,thusreducingtheriskofstop-lineby10%andimprovingtheproductionefficiencyby10%.Allofaboveshouldbeinaccordwithprincipleslikenotchangingthecurrentequipmentsmuchandnotincreasin
