4、condly,consideringthelimitationofprocessengineeravailability,andtheshortageofprojectmanualschedulingmethod,theresourceconflictionischeckedwithMicrosoftProject,anewprojectschedulewithoutresourceconflictionwasgeneratedwiththesoftwarebybalancingtheprocessengineerbetweenthe
5、tasks,theprojectleadtimeofsuchscheduleis481days.Inthelast,Antcolonyalgorithmwasintroducedandtheprocessflowofusingthisalgorithmforresourceconstraintprojectschedulingproblemwasdevelopedinthispaper,theoptimizationofengineblocklineprojectwithAntcolonyalgorithmwasrealizedbyC
6、++programme,theleadtimeofthisnewprojectschedulewascalculated,thenewprojectleadtimeis471days,comparingwiththeleadtimegeneratedbyMicrosoftProject,theleadtimehasbeenshortenedby10days.ThemethodofusingAntcolonyalgorithminengineblockprojectschedulingprobleminthispaperhasdemon
