1、西南交通大学工程硕士研究生学位论文第1页捅姜·大秦线4亿t扩能改造工程是中国国内重载铁路跨越式发展的标志性工程、现代化重载煤运通道的示范性工程、既有线扩能改造的样板性工程。由于总运量的增加，势必要增加2万t级列车的开行数量，由此引发的行车安全问题明显增多。针对大秦线重载运输大运量、高密度、高速度的特点，从整个系统的角度归纳出其在牵引制动、轨道线路、供电等方面的安全问题。论文重点研究了与大秦线安全保障密切相关的综合维修体系和维修天窗设置问题，并提出了相关建议。论文从分析我国线路维修作业方式的变化出发，对天

2、窗开设形式、天窗开设时段、运输组织特点下的天窗开设方案等方面进行了分析研究。提出了天窗扣除能力的概念，重点分析了V型天窗及垂直天窗的设置对线路通过能力及列车旅行速度的影响，并建立了天窗开设时段对线路通过能力的影响模型。对天窗设置方案的影响，通过实例分析，得出我国铁路运输组织特点下，不同线路种类的天窗设置方案。论文通过研究以上几个方面，得出了相关结论，对我国的铁路运输组织可以提供一定的帮助。关键词：天窗：通过能力，4运输组织：安全：维修体系：西南交通大学工程硕士研究生学位论文第1I页AbstractDat
