1、上海交通大学硕士学位论文构建了电梯导轨直线度自动检测系统平台,包括实验机械部分总体设计与实验测控部分总体设计;选用欧姆龙激光位移传感器、欧姆龙多功能数据采集卡、I/O控制器、直线电机、光电触发开关等设备,运用PC技术、传感器技术、数据处理技术开发了导轨直线度自动测量系统。最后对检测系统进行稳定性实验、重复性实验、对比实验,测量结果验证了本测量系统的可靠性,同时分析了该系统存在的不足,并在此基础上提出改进措施。关键词:导轨测量,直线度,多探头法,六探头法,零点误差II万方数据上海交通大学硕士学位论文STUDYONMULTI-PROBESCANNINGMETHODFORSTRAIGHTNESS
2、MEASUREMENTABSTRACTWiththedevelopmentofmodernization,Chinawillneedmoreandmoreelevatorsandtheelevatorsmanufacturebecomemoreimportant.Asacomplicatedsystem,elevatorinvolvesmechanicalelectricandcybernetictechnologies.Theguiderail,whichactsthemainsourceexcitinglateralvibrationofcabin,isakeyPartofanelev
3、ator.Manyelementshavegreateffectsonthesafetyandcomfortofelevators,amongwhichthevibrationfactorisparticularlysignificant.Theperformancesofelevator,suchassafety,comfortandspeed,aredeterminedbythequalityoftheguiderailsinlargedegree.Therefore,theexaminationofguiderailshasanimportantpositionintheinstal
4、lationadjustment,performancecheekaswellasmaintenanceofelevators.Atpresent,theelevatorguiderailsstraightnessmeasurementmethodcanbedividedintotwokinds:oneistraditionalmeasurementmethodwhichisbasedonthemeasuringplatform,ruler,heavyhammerlineandsimpletool,althoughsimpleintestingapparatusandadoptedwide
5、ly,areofcertainlimitation,lowefficiency,andcan’tguaranteetheperformance.Theothermeasurementmethodismodernmeasuringmethod,whichuselaseralignmenttechnologyandsensortechnology.Thedirectionaloflaserisgoodandthelightenergyisstrong,butlaseralignmenttechnologyisinfluencedbymanyfactorsintheatmosphereandth
