2、tagesofclinicalapplicationofdaptomycinaremoreremarkable.Atpresent,thedomesticproductionofdaptomycinisgreatlyrestrictedbythehighproductioncost,wheredownstreampurificationoccupiesaconsiderableproportion.Thusithasimportantsignificancetoseparatedaptomycinfromthefermentationbroth.Inthisstudy,
3、theadsorptionbehaviorsofHZ816resintowardsdaptomycinintheaqueoussolutionwereinvestigated.TheequilibriumdatawerefittedbyLangumuirmodelandFreundlichmodelunderdifferenttemperatures,respectively,andthevaluesofadsorptionthermodynamicparameterswerealsoobtained.TheresultsshowedthatFreundlichisot
