1、厦门大学硕士学位论文联想移动互联终端产品渠道适应性研究姓名:马立志申请学位级别:硕士专业:工商管理(MBA)指导教师:陈闯2012摘要随着移动互联这一第三次IT技术革命的兴起,移动互联产业以前所未有的速度在迅速增长。传统的PC厂商、手机厂商、互联网厂商、内容服务商纷纷加入这一竞争领域,并希望占据主导竞争地位。本文基于经典营销理论及渠道适应性基础理论入手,重点分析了在移动互联终端领域,如何通过对渠道适应性的探查,提升营销竞争力,并在此过程中,根据移动互联产业的特点,对渠道适应性理论进行了一定程度的扩展。同时,通过对
2、联想在移动互联领域的发展阶段进行分析,并结合该领域内渠道适应性方面的研究心得,对联想如何再次获得由渠道优势带来的综合竞争力进行了分析和探讨,并结合自身在工作实践中的感受,指出了联想在移动互联终端的营销过程中,在品牌一渠道适应性,产品一渠道适应性,客户渠道适应性这三个方面还存在的缺点与不足,并针对性的提出了改进建议。关键词:移动互联运营商网络直销BTO渠道适应性AbstractWiththerisingandspeeddevelopmentofthethirdITrevolutionofmobileinternet
