1、ProcedureEJV-11-002FallPrevention跌落预防Purpose:Statistically,thisisoneoftheareaswherewehaveamajorityofourinjuries,bothsmallinjuriesandfatalitiesTheobjectofthisprocedureistodescribewhatactionsmustbetakenhereatEJVtoavoidanyinjuriesduetofall.Definitions:FallProtectionisanysortofdeviceoreffortdesigned

2、toremovefallhazards.Installationsthatpreventfallssuchasfloors,platforms,walls,guardrailsandboundaries.FallArrestiscertifiedequipmentdesignedtostopfreefallandreducetheconsequencesofafall.FallarrestismandatorywhereFallProtectionisnotpossible.Eachindividualmust:-Evaluatepotentialdangersrelatedtothe

3、workoperationtobeperformed,incluseoffallprotectionorfallarrest.-SelectcorrectequipmenttogetherwithHSEresponsible.-Inspectcleanlinessandmaintenanceofallfallarrestequipment.-Followagreedprocedures-Performtheworktaskinasafemanner-Allemployeesmustreceivetraininginfallprevention.•Familiariseyourselfw
