1、华中科技大学硕士学位论文AbstractOpticalsurfacescanningtechnologyhasbeenwidelyusedinindustrialofonlinedetection,aerospace,engineeringmachinery,medicalmeasurement.However,mostoftheexistingopticalsurfacescanningtechnologycanonlymeasurepartsofvisiblesurface.Handheldthreecoordinatemeasurementisincreasinglyimportan

2、tinmeasuringshadingsurfaceofbodypartsandshellparts,suchascomplexinnercavitysurface,thedeephole,groove.Theprocessingandmanufacturingprecisionofthesehiddenshapeaffecttheassemblyqualitybetweenthemechanicalpartsdirectly,whichwillaffecttheuseperformanceandlifeofthecomponent.Inordertomeettheincreasingde

3、mandofindustrialmeasuring,somerelatedresearchofthehandheldthreecoordinatemeasuringsystemhasbeencarriedoninthispaper.Thispapermakesomekeytechniquesresearchofthehandheldthreecoordinatemeasuringsystem.Whichincludefeaturepointimagerecognitionalgorithmbasedonmathematicalmorphology,featurepointmatchinga

4、lgorithm,systemcalibration.Featurepointimagerecognitionisveryimportantforcalculatingthecoordinatesinthemeasuringsystem.Soanalgorithmoffeaturepointimagerecognitionbasedonmathematicalmorphologyisproposedforfeaturepointimagerecognition.Themethodwillapplytheideaofmathematicalmorphologytoimageprocessin

5、gtechnology,whichmakesthetargetimageandthebackgroundimagecanbesegmentationeffective,soastoidentifythefeaturepointsandextractdigitalimagewhichonlyincludethefeaturepointsquickly.Achievethecorrectmatchtothecorrespondingpointsoftheimageintwocameraisimportantforthelightpencalibration.Afteridentifyingth

6、eextractedimagefeaturepoints,eachfeaturepointsneedtobemarkedinordertoensurecorrectmatchingofthefeaturepointsintwocameras.Thispaperproposedaeffectivealgorithmtomatchfeaturepointsbetweentheleftandrightcamera.Markedthefeaturepointsbythedistanceandtherelativepositionrelationshipbetweenthefeaturepoints
