1、(3)荧光定量PCR法检测所收集的右心耳心肌组织中ALCAT1mRNA的表达。结果:(1)B组(T2DM并风湿性心脏病组)与A组(风湿性心脏病组)相比较,B组ALCAT1mRNA表达量大于A组,存在着显著差异(A组0.029+0.005;B组0.039+0.004;P<0.05)。(2)D组(T2DM并冠心病组)与C组(冠心病组)相比较,D组ALCAT1mRNA表达量大于C组,存在着显著差异(C组0.036+0.005;D组0.043+0.004;P<0.05)。(3)C组(冠心病组)与A组(风湿性心脏病组)相比较,C组ALCAT1mRNA表达量大于A组,存在着显著差异(A组0.029+0.0
