2、一磨牙间宽度6．6三组样本的差异无统计学意义，上颌尖牙间宽度3．3数值在扩弓前后差异有统计学意义，但扩弓后与保持半年后的差异无统计学意义。即正畸治疗后，尖牙区和前磨牙区的牙弓宽度有明显增加，前磨牙区扩弓效果比较稳定，但基骨弓与牙槽弓的宽度变化无统计学差异。结论：恒牙晚期UCLP术后患者经正畸治疗，骨骼、面部软硬组织及咬合关系均有较理想的治疗效果。通过上颌慢速扩弓联合固定矫治，上颌骨矢状面发生前移，上颌牙弓宽度增加，下颌骨未见显著的变化，咬合关系得到有效改善，同时患者软组织侧貌有明显改善，表现为凹面型趋向于直面型，上唇凸度增加，上唇变饱满，下唇外翻
