4、offemoralhead．MoreandmorestudieshasreposedthattreatmentofearlystageANFHbycoredecompression(CD)combinedwithBMSCstransplant．Currentlymosttreatmentsextractautologusbonemarrowofpatientstoobtainstemcellsandinjectthecellsdirectlyintothenecroticareaaftersimpleseparation．However,t

5、hemethodisunabletoproduceenoughamountofstemcellsinthenecroticareaswhichgreatlyaffectedtheoutcomeofthetreatment．Yetthemethodofinvitroculturingusingxenogeneicserumhastheriskofpotentialantigenicityandpathogenicity,whichgreatlylimitstheclinicalapplication．ThenewtreatmentofANFH
