1、我院PIVAS中4类特殊药品的管理与风险控制康阿龙王晓妮张苏衡查晶汤迎爽解放军第451医院药剂科解放军第323医院药剂科摘要：目的:加强PIVAS屮4类特殊药品的管理与风险控制，促进安全用药。方法:对我院PIVAS中的4类特殊药甜（高警示药甜、危害药甜、重要药甜/贵重药品、皮试药品）等采取分类精准管理;采用追踪方法学对管理效果进行评价。结果:通过釆取制定目录、设置专用标识、固定位置贮存、加强医嘱审核、建立应急预案、逐日盘点、批号管理等措施，对4类药品实现了分类管理;规范了高警示药品的管理和使用过程，确保了危害药品的操作安全和职业防护，使重要药品/贵重药甜账物相符率达到100%,基本
