1、贞罠扶正胶囊在结核病治疗中应用的价值赵丽(江苏省连云港市第四人民医院结核科222023)【摘要】目的：探讨贞茂扶正胶囊药在结核病治疗中应用的价值。方法：将我院2014年期间住院治疗104例初治肺结核患者随机分为2组，治疗组给予HRZE及贞罠扶正胶囊治疗，对照组50例仅给予HRZE治疗，比较2组治疗效果，并比较2组治疗1月后痰菌转阴率、肺部病灶好转率、乏力及盗汗症状好转率、出现白细胞减少比率。采用STATA8.0统计软件进行统计分析，计量资料的比较采用x2检验，P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果：两组治疗1月后，痰菌转阴率，治疗组为91.6%(22/24),对照组
2、为63.6%(14/22),治疗组高于对照组(x2=5.30,P二0.032),差异有统计学意义；肺部病灶好转率，治疗组为96.3%(52/54),对照组为82.0%(41/50),治疗组高于对照组(x2二5.61,P二0.025),差异有统计学意义;乏力症状好转率治疗组为95.0%(19/20),对照组为50.0%(8/16),治疗组优于对照组(x2=9.60,P二0.005),差异有统计学意义；盗汗症状好转率，治疗组为84.2%(16/19),对照组为47.1%(8/17),治疗组优于对照组(x2二5.57,P二0.033)差异有统计学意义；出现白细胞减少异常
