3、导员队伍的稳定与发展关系到大学生的健康成长、学校乃至社会的和谐与稳定。但是，在新的历史条件下，我国的高校辅导员队伍建设也出现了一些不适应和新问题。由于相关制度和配套措施落后，高校辅导员队伍的高付出和低回报的严重不对等大大挫伤了他们的工作积极性，出现高校辅导员队伍流动性大、工作敷衍了事的现象。因此，建立健全高校辅导员管理激励机制有着十分重要的意义。论文针对新形势下如何建立高校辅导员队伍建设激励机制这一问题作了进一步探索，总结我国高校辅导员管理中取得的主要成就，分析了发展中存在的问题及成因，并在不违背激励原
