2、养中发挥着重大作用，高校辅导员队伍建设中激励机制的有效运行，可以把辅导员的动机系统激发起来，使其处在一种激活状态，对行为产生强大的推动力量，从而发挥他们的潜力、调动他们的积极性和创造性。这就要求高校在辅导员队伍管理中不断建立和健全激励机制。本文在研究对象采取新的研究视角，将高校辅导员激励机制作为研究对象，既有普通员工激励研究的一般规律，又有高校辅导员这一职业的特殊性。在研究方法上，运用数学分析方法，特别是统计学进行数据统计和测量学分析，运用自编问卷，对291名高校辅导员进行调查。分析了影响高校辅导员工作积极性的
