1、氟尿嗨喘植入剂对进展期胃癌患者腹腔化疗安全性的考察陈秀峰邹妤婕陈利辉魏珂王帅奇刘苗李卫孙心重庆市急救医疗中心摘要：目的:探讨氟尿卩密噪植入剂对进展期胃癌患者腹腔化疗安全性的影响。方法：冋顾性分析264例进展期胃癌患者资料。所有患者均术中给予氟尿喀噪植入剂800mg,分散放入肠系膜根部及手术区域，每个植入点给药量＜200mg,且植入范围距切口及吻合口距离需保持＞3emo术前30min、术中3h时，术后1’d常规应用第二代头沦菌素。观察所有患者术后住院期间的并发症及不良反应发牛情况。结果:共有6例患者术后出现并
