2、edriedfruitingbodiesofC.militarisusinganion-exchangechromatographyonaDEAE-Sepharosecolumn.Electrophoreticanalysesindicatedthatthisprotein,designatedC.militarisprotein(CMP),hasamolecularmassof12kDaandapIof5.1.Theoptimumconditionsforproteaseactivitywereatemperatureof37oCandpHof7.0∼9.
3、0.Theenzymeactivitywasspecificallyinhibitedbytheserineproteaseinhibitorphenylmethylsulfonylfluoride.AminoacidcompositionofintactCMPandaminoacidsequencesofthreemajorpeptidesfromatrypticdigestofCMPweredetermined.CMPexertedstrongantifungaleffectagainstthegrowthofthefungusFusariumoxysp
