1、青岛大学硕士学位论文大学生领导力影响因素及培养策略研究姓名：陈静申请学位级别：硕士专业：教育经济与管理指导教师：孙先亮20120603摘要大学生领导力是大学生综合素质的一个重要方面，为适应全球化、信息化、经济一体化时代发展潮流，在高校开展大学生领导力教育，不仅符合国家倡导的素质教育，同时也符合大学生自身发展要求。为促进各高校建立更为完善的领导力体系机制，推进高校的大学生领导力培养工作，本文通过对比国内外领导力研究理论，在查找相关文献并进行充分分析的基础上，编制了大学生领导力构成要素调查问卷以及大学生领导力培养影响因素调查问卷，并对青岛市各

2、类本科及大专院校的大学生进行了问卷调查，通过对问卷数据进行分析得出相应结论。根据调查结论，本文分别站在四个角度即大学生本身、高校、家庭和社会，对如何提升大学生领导力素质提出了相关建议。大学生要全面审视自己，弄清楚自己要提升自身哪些方面的领导力素质，从而有意识的针对这些方面来完善自己，提高自己。高校应该积极开展相关的课题项目，对大学生领导力培养进行研究，逐渐完善大学生领导力培养体系，加强对大学生的培养工作。家长应尽可能的为子女提供良好的家庭环境，给与子女正确的指导，逐渐培养子女的领导能力。社会应该制定相关政策，鼓励大学积极参与到社会实践中去
