1、经前路病灶清除一期植骨融合内固定治疗胸腰椎结核的效果观察杨军杨彬彭朝华王瀚仪(眉山市人民医院骨科四川眉山620010)【摘要】口的：观察经前路病灶清除一期植骨融合内固定治疗胸腰椎结核45例疗效。方法：回顾分析我院2008年3月-2012年12月前路病灶清除一期植骨融合内固定治疗胸腰椎结核45例患者，观察术后结核屮毒症状的改善、脊柱稳定性情况、后凸畸形矫正情况、以及脊髓神经功能的回复情况。结果：所有病例均得到随访，随访时间9〜24月，平均18月，临床及中毒症状消失、内固定良好、术前Cobb角12.5°〜38°,平均24.5°,术后1周及3月平均1
