1、提要目的:观察理气调腑推拿法对于便秘(气秘型)的临床治疗效果,并探讨其作用机制。方法:按照平行、随机、对照的方法,将符合纳入标准的62例患者按1:1的比例随机分入治疗组和对照组,并分别给予理气调腑推拿法、枸橼酸莫沙必利胶囊治疗,观察两组便秘症状评分及中医证候评分变化,以对两组治疗前后的便秘症状的缓解程度进行评价。结果:治疗组有效率为97.0%,对照组为83.0%,两者有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗组在治疗效果上优于对照组;从两组治疗前后便秘症状评分及中医证候评分来看,治疗组和对照组相比有非常显著差
