1、提要目的：观察理气调腑推拿法对于便秘（气秘型）的临床治疗效果，并探讨其作用机制。方法：按照平行、随机、对照的方法，将符合纳入标准的62例患者按1:1的比例随机分入治疗组和对照组，并分别给予理气调腑推拿法、枸橼酸莫沙必利胶囊治疗，观察两组便秘症状评分及中医证候评分变化，以对两组治疗前后的便秘症状的缓解程度进行评价。结果：治疗组有效率为97.0%，对照组为83.0%，两者有显著的统计学差异（P<0.05)，治疗组在治疗效果上优于对照组；从两组治疗前后便秘症状评分及中医证候评分来看，治疗组和对照组相比有非常显著差
