1、提要目的：通过对脓毒症胃肠功能障碍胃热腑实证患者的临床观察，探讨调气通腑法对本病的临床疗效。方法：本课题观察了临床60例各种原因导致脓毒症胃热腑实证的患者，以常规药物治疗为对照组，中药加常规药物治疗为治疗组，观察患者确诊后及治疗后相关指标和评分的变化；比较两组患者临床疗效；结果：两组病例症候积分和APACHEⅡ评分与治疗前相比均有所下降，且有显著性差异（P<0.05），与对照组比较，治疗组下降程度显著(P<0.05）；治疗组有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）；两组病例与治疗前相比PCT值均有所下降，且有显著差异（P<0.05），与对照组比，治疗组下降程度显著
