1、青岛大学硕士学位论文平喘固本合剂对哮喘小鼠气道急性炎症的影响姓名:李德华申请学位级别:硕士专业:儿科学指导教师:曲政海20120603平喘固本合剂对哮喘小鼠气道急性炎症的影响摘要目的探讨平喘固本合剂对哮喘小鼠气道急性炎症的影响。方法健康雌性昆明小鼠50只,随机分为5组,每组10只,正常对照组(A),哮喘模型组(B),平喘固本合剂干预组(C),布地奈德雾化干预组(D)及联合治疗干预组(E)。用卵清白蛋白(OVA)致敏建立小鼠哮喘模型,并于激发阶段分别给予相应干预治疗lO天。处死后对各组小鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中细胞进行分类并计数,应用ELISA法测定灌洗液中自细胞介素4(IL-
2、4)、干扰素丫(IFN-'r)水平的变化,同时HE染色观察肺组织的病理变化。结果①与B组比较,C、D、E组小鼠BALF中细胞总数、嗜酸性粒细胞数、淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞数均显著降低,差别有统计学意义(P均O.05);②与B组比较,C组、D组、E组BALF中IL.4、IL-4/IFN-'rg:]显降低(P<0.01),IFN吖明显升高(尸<0.01)。C组与D组无明显统计学差异(P>0.05),E
