1、影響技職院校教師使用資訊科技教學之因素探討13摘要近年來，全球化競爭日趨激烈，全世界各國莫不致力於基礎資訊教育之推行。本文主旨在探討影響技職院校教師使用資訊科教學之態度。本文以教師使用資訊科技於教學之焦慮度及使用意向來定義其使用態度，並由教師個人之內在因素及其外部環境，藉由其間的因果關係來探討影響其使用資訊科技於教學之態度。內在因素包括電腦知識、興趣、有用性與工作壓力等構面；外部環境則包括教育訓練、學校政策、使用風氣與教學設備等變項。最後，本文並以南部技職院校之教師為研究母體，依公私立1:3的比例，抽取南部四所學校之144位教師為研究樣本，進行
2、研究模式之實證研究。本文之研究結果顯示，在中介變數中，有用性對使用意向之影響最顯著，其次為興趣變數；在外生變數中，電腦知識、學校政策與使用風氣對教師之使用態度均有正向效果，尤其是電腦知識；另外，IT設備與教育訓練變數對教師之使用IT態度均無影響，不過後者與教師之電腦知識間有正相關關係。本研究結果可提供訊息給人事單位作為其提供教育訓練與分配教學相關資源之參考。關鍵詞：資訊科技、焦慮度與使用意向。AbstractDuetotheglobalizationtrend,theinformationeducationhasbecomeafundament

6、lofthecomputerknowledge,schoolpolicyandclimatehavesignificanteffectsonteachers’,especiallythefirstone.Thefacilityandtrainingvariabledidnotsignificantlyaffectteachers’usingattitude,however,thelaterpositivelyrelatedteachers’computerknowledge.Theresultswillprovideinformationfor
