1、青岛大学硕士学位论文国人主动脉弓分支变异:多层螺旋CT血管成像研究姓名:李绍科申请学位级别:硕士专业:影像医学与核医学指导教师:刘吉华20120602青岛大学硕士学位论文摘要目的:利用多层螺旋cT血管成像(MSCTA)探讨国人主动脉弓分支解剖变异。材料与方法:回顾性分析经MSCTA头颈部检查的病人834例,两名放射科医师借助轴位图像,gIP、VR等三维后处理方式共同阅片,判断主动脉弓解剖及变异分类。结果:所有834例患者中正常型即A型725例,占86.9%。变异型为109例,占13.1%。变异者共涉及到十个类型:B型,占
2、6.2%;类似B型,占I.8%:C型,占3.2%:D型,占0.24%;G型,占0.36%;H型,占0.48%;CG型,占0.12%;类似0型,占0.24%;类似J型,占0.12%;K型,占0.36%。结论:主动脉弓血管解剖变异较为复杂,利用MSCT获得的CT血管成像可以有效、清晰地I麦示活体主动脉弓血管变异的三维解剖学特征,相对于传统尸体解剖及血管造影(DSA),MSCTA能无创伤和多角度显示颈部动脉解剖变异。关键词血管造影术;主动脉弓;解剖变异;体层摄影术,X线计算机;国人研究生:李绍科(医学影像与核医学)导师:刘吉华
